Asma have worked with Muslim professionals in the past to develop their trust, resilience and holistic mindset so they can show up powerfully for their organizations and in their families and communities. Coaching for her is an evidence-based science proven to accelerate personal growth and performance. She has worked with clients to co-create and transform challenges into opportunities enabling them to achieve their goals.
She began her coaching journey by earning her first certification from the Jay Shetty Certification School. She further obtained certifications in executive coaching from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Co-Active/Coaches Training Institute (CTI)—which is considered the gold standard of personal development coaching by Harvard Medical School. She then collaborated with Mohammed Faris to become a certified Productive Muslim Company Partner.
Asma has been coaching since 2021 and has over 400+ hours in coaching and training. After three decades of experience working with and establishing non-profit organizations (see MUSE Movement), she decided to pursue a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership at Johns Hopkins University to increase her capacity for learning and service—her two greatest values. She draws upon all these skill sets, achievements, and experiences to elevate her coaching and help clients actualize dreams of their own.
